Becoming a user
Creating an account with SupportLiveCam is free of cost and takes less than 1 minute. Click on “Create Free Account” on the top right corner in the main page or follow this link Create a Free Account. Choose your username and enter your email address or sign in using your Google or Twitter account. You’ll instantly receive a confirmation email with your unique password that you can change anytime in "Settings and Privacy". Validate your email address and that’s it! Let the fun begin.
We advise you to carefully read our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use for more detailed information.
You can see all online models in the index of our main page. Use tags on the left side to find the perfect model matching your preferences. Refer to “Top Models” on the top of the page for a list of the most popular models based on their previous months’ rankings.
Once you’ve made your choice, don’t be shy and enter their chat room to say hi.
Tipping
As a free entertainment platform looking to grant an exhilarating experience to our users, we offer the possibility to upgrade your account any time you like. Want to interact with our naughty models and enjoy the adult fun to the fullest? Then get yourself some tokens and uncover the magic!
Tokens can be purchased as little as $9.99 (please note that prices may vary based on your region and currency) and we have various secure payment methods accepted such as credit/debit/prepaid card, PayPal, PaySafeCard, Sofort, mobile billing, gift cards and Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Go to the top of the home page, and next to your username you’ll find the button to purchase tokens with all the options. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered; no payment information is stored, and your billing statement will be discreet, just like us.
If you want to be noticed by models and receive special treatment, make sure to tip generously. Tipping them is the way you show your appreciation for everything they do, and you know that what goes around, comes around (wink, wink). Furthermore, if you have any special requests, show them some token love.
So then, how to tip? Click on the “Send Tip” button in the chat room. Then, select an option or add your custom amount and a comment if you like. Models will be immediately notified.
You can also leave offline tips along with a personal message when the model is not online by clicking on the “Send Private Tip” button in their chat room.
Who doesn’t like some free tokens?
We like to treat our registered users, so if you enter any chat room and click on “50 free tokens in giveaway” under the chat bar, a “Participate in Giveaway” button will pop up. Participate and get the chance to win 50 free tokens every hour. Just like that.
SupportLiveCam on your home screen
We have a PWA available that you can install on the home screen of your phone through a badge that you can find at the top of any page on our website.
Once you have Stripchat’s PWA on your phone – note that this feature is only available for Android –, you can easily access the site by clicking on the icon on your home screen. Among the perks, you will get a faster, smoother and app-like mobile experience.
If you no longer see the badge displayed on our site, know that you can still install the PWA by selecting the "Add to home screen" option in your browser's menu.
Getting around: chat rooms
You’re in your preferred model’s chat room. And now what? We take pride in providing you an easy-to-use and ergonomic website, with a lot of different features to make your experience unforgettable. In no time you’ll be a Stripchat’s guru. Let us walk you around the pleasure room.
- Chat
Starting with the basics, on the right you’ve got a public chat where everyone is welcome to type while enjoying the show. Please note that only Ultimate members or Friends can send private messages to the model. To learn more, read our Types of users section below.
- Tip Menu
You can find a button to display the Tip Menu on the left of the text box. This consists of an interactive menu where models include their custom tip menu options with prices. You can then select the desired activity you want her to perform and pay for it.
- Topic
Check the topic right under the broadcasting window to get an idea of what’s taking place in the chat room and the type of performances the model usually puts on.
- Goal
You might see this field under the broadcasting window. In these cases, every user in the room can contribute with their public tips to reach the goal amount set by the model. Once the Goal is met, the model will perform a special public show that you’ll never forget.
- Become King
Earn your crown and gain model’s adoration by being the highest tipper in the room. You will get a small crown icon next to your username for 12 hours and everyone in the chat room will see — under the broadcasting window — who’s the ruler! Some models may set a threshold for the King, and decide the minimum token amount that should be tipped in order to become King.
- Become a Knight
Want to be model’s right hand? Models designate Knights to help them moderate their rooms. This post entails the ability to mute users who are being rude or offensive. Note that only Ultimate users can become Knights.
- Add to favorites
Hit the heart on the bottom of the broadcasting window and you’ll have that model in your favorites list. You’ll easily access her chat room any time you want directly from My Favorites section, which you have on the left side of the homepage. Moreover, she’ll appear on the top rows of your index every time she goes online. There’s no way you will miss her.
Below My Favorites, there’s a section named Feed where you can see posts from your favorite models with their updates, news, thoughts, memories, etc. so that you’re always in the know of the important and cool stuff. Moreover, you can also buy their photos and videos directly from Feed, and even send them tips.
- Profile
When you click on this tab on the top of the page, it’ll take you to the model’s profile. Here you can read their rules and a little bit about themselves and about who they are behind the camera. There are two things here that you should not overlook:
- Notify when online: hit this button located under the profile picture if you don’t want to miss any shows from your favorite model. You will receive a push and email notification.
- Add friend: what are you waiting for to benefit from the perks of becoming friends with the girl of your dreams? Private message her and enjoy her “Only for Friends” albums.
You might also notice a panel named Epic Goal. If model has this feature enabled, you can send your tips to contribute in reaching the Epic goal chosen by the model. All public tips, private tips, and content sales count toward it.
- Fan Club & Feed
Here you can see all the updates and posts from your favorite models’ Feed and Fan Club together (if you’re subscribed to any).
- Albums
You can access model’s albums through the “Photos” and “Videos” tabs on top of the chat room. They might have public and/or private ones. The moment you pay for any private album, the moment it will be added to your private collection forever. You can access them any time via “My Collection” tab on the left side of the home page, right under “My Favorites”.
Interactive toys
If you see a model’s thumbnail with an Interactive Toy icon on the left top corner, that means that this model is using a sex toy during her live stream.
Lovense
This is a special vibrator that reacts to tips. Take control and be the one who decides how and when the model gets pleasure with your tokens. To learn how the vibrator reacts to each tip, check the Tip Menu.
Kiiroo
We support Kiiroo devices, which means that if you have one, you can pair it with model’s Kiiroo toy on a private show and have simultaneous fun. Experience sex with your favorite model over the internet.
Types of shows
Start any of our hot shows by clicking on the “Start Private” button that you can find under the broadcasting window in the chat room.
Private Shows
Looking for some intimacy? Completely private show at your service! Model disconnects from the public chat room to give you her full attention. You have a Private menu available during you Private show with all the activities that the model is willing to perform, so don't be shy and make your requests. Prices are paid per minute and depend on model’s personal rates. On the Private shows category page, you can filter models by price, to conveniently find the Private show to suit your pocket. Beware that your private session is open to “spies”, however, no one can interrupt it. Some models might set up times when users can request a Private show while they"re offline, so if you go to a model’s profile and see the panel "Request Private Show", you can still request the Private even if she's not online. She will have 10 minutes to either accept or decline your request.
The icing on the cake is that some models enable an option to record their Private Shows. In these cases, you’ll have the opportunity to save the recording of your Private Show with the model to your My Collection section and reminisce that one special time whenever you feel lonely or aroused.
- Spy on Private Shows
Who said you were not invited to see what’s going on behind the curtain? If you have tokens, you can sneak a peek into what’s taking place in the room for free only once the first 10 seconds. If you like what you see and want to continue spying, you can pay the price per minute set by the model and keep watching. On the Spy on shows category page, you can filter models by price, to conveniently find the show to suit your pocket. You cannot chat while spying on the Private Show though, and only the model will know that you’re there.
Group Shows
Attend a special show along with a group of others. The model will either announce her group show in advance and then users will have the possibility to reserve a spot, or otherwise join once the show is already started. It can be watched by unlimited number of users at the same time; however, spies are not allowed. You also pay the set price per minute, but it will be more affordable than having the model all to yourself on a private. Sharing is caring.
Ticket Shows
This is a regular Group Show in which instead of a rate per minute, users pay a fixed price beforehand with their tips in the public chat room. The model will announce her Ticket Show 5 minutes before start, and users who want to join secure their spot by paying the price with their tips. Conversely, if the show has already started, they can still pay straightaway and join.
Exclusive Private shows
This type of show has a Cam2Cam option available, meaning that you can spice up your private session with the model by turning on your webcam so that she can see you as well. Spies are not allowed in this type of show. And to make it even better, there’s a feature that allows you to record and save this show to your My Collection section to re-watch it anytime! And no need to worry about your privacy. The model cannot keep any recording of this; only you. However note that only the model’s stream will be included in the Exclusive Private recording.
Users can rate models’ performance after a Private or Exclusive Private. Models with the highest ratings will appear under the “Best for Privates” category on our main page. On the Cam2Cam category page, you can filter models by price, to conveniently find the Cam2Cam show to suit your pocket.
Virtual Reality
We are pioneers in technology and the only webcam site where you can find models streaming in 4K full VR. Live cam shows cannot get any more real than this! Get your VR headset ready and enjoy this immersive and mind-blowing experience. Identify VR models by the VR icon on their thumbnail or under the category “VR Cams”.
Fan Clubs
Fan Club is a paid subscription service to show love and support to your favorite models. In return, you will get some exclusive fan-only perks.
There are 3 different subscription tiers available depending on how much support you want to give to your model: Soldier Sponsorship, Lord Sponsorship and Prince Sponsorship. With each tier comes a distinctive badge that will be displayed next to your name in the chat room.
Benefits for the user:

- Special badge in chat
- Fan Club exclusive photos and videos – in case the model has any
- Private messaging with model
The model has the choice to create her own benefits for users. Furthermore, she decides in which tier to include:
- Free spying on shows – in case model allows spies in her Private Shows
- Custom perks
Joining a Fan Club
When you’re in the model’s chat room, on top of the broadcasting window you can see Join Fan Club. Once you click on it, a modal window will pop up to confirm your subscription. You can choose which tier you want to subscribe to and then proceed to payment.
Prices are different depending on payment method and region. So upon payment method selection, your price will be recalculated on the payment page. Your subscription will be automatically renewed every month at the price of your tier unless you cancel it, which you can do any time.
Managing your subscription
My Subscriptions – which you can find in your drop-down menu at the top right of our site – is where you want to go if you ever wish to change something of your Fan Club subscription. There you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions and manage them.
You can both cancel and resubscribe to Fan Clubs anytime you want, as well as upgrade or downgrade your Fan Club subscriptions. If you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, your subscription will continue until the start of your next pay cycle (one month). In order to downgrade it you first need to cancel the current one, and then join the model’s Fan Club again but choosing a different tier. However, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, your subscription will continue until the start of your next pay cycle and only then you can downgrade it.
For upgrading though, you don’t need to wait for the next pay cycle, it can be done immediately. Go to the model’s chat room and on top of the broadcasting window click on Fan Club. You can choose there the tier that you want to upgrade to and pay for it promptly. Note that if you do it in the middle of your current subscription period, you will be charged the full price of the new subscription tier, regardless of having already paid for your current one that same month.
In case the model decides to suspend her Fan Club, already subscribed members will continue their subscription until they choose to cancel it themselves.

Models and Studios
Become a Model
You can create your model account and start earning money with us in just three steps. By becoming a model on SupportLiveCam you will have high broadcast quality and receive tokens from your generous users. You can have public shows, Private shows, Group shows, Ticket shows, Exclusive Privates and Cam2Voice in both normal mode, Spy mode and virtual reality streaming experience. You can broadcast using your computer or your mobile phone directly through our website. No need to download any application.
Additionally, you can make money selling your content (photos and videos), enabling your Fan Club and/or winning our 3-hour and monthly contests. All models participate in these two giveaways. You can find the detailed explanation of our contest rules here: Contests for Models.
You have the ability to ban the countries and states you wish. Furthermore, your account is always protected since we rely on two-factor authentication protection. You can enable this feature and give your account an extra layer of protection in case your password is ever compromised.
On the other hand, new models on SupportLiveCam get a 2-week site boost which enables them to appear within the top rows on the main page and stand out as NEW. We also encourage our models to promote their social media on our site. You can add your links to your profile and directly redirect your users to your social media networks.

Become a Studio
You can create your studio account in just three steps and start adding your models under your account. Studios have complete control over the earnings of their models since payments are made directly to the studio owner. You are the only one who can delete model accounts attached to your studio.
You can also check the earnings of your models daily, weekly, monthly or by custom dates. Your models can make money with public, Private, Exclusive Private or Group shows, by selling their photos and videos, or through their Fan Clubs. We offer a 2-week site boost for your new models and chargeback protection. You will not see tokens deducted from your earnings if a user who tipped your model(s) gets a refund.
